Choosing the right service depends on your unique styling goals, wardrobe needs, and any challenges you’re facing - whether that be finding your own personal style or styling what you currently have. I offer a complimentary 15-minute call to help guide you in selecting the most beneficial option—whether that’s a single session to refresh your look or a full package for a complete style transformation. With a range of services tailored to various needs and budgets, we’ll find the perfect fit for you!

Depending on the service or package you select the process may vary. However, each service will always begin with a 1- hour Personal Styling Consult, this is where we will discuss your current goals, wardrobe favourites and determine your personal style categories. Please refer to services and packages pages for further details.

The timeline will vary depending on the service or package you choose. If time allows, the personal styling consultation and wardrobe edit can often be completed in one day (depending on the size of your wardrobe). Afterward, we’ll coordinate schedules to book a separate session for shopping. Finally, another day will be arranged to complete the wardrobe integration and outfitting process.

I offer a range of services and packages designed to fit different budgets and needs, making personal styling both accessible and enjoyable. While higher-cost packages include a more extensive range of services, individual and one-time sessions are also available to provide personalised support that aligns with your goals. There’s an option for everyone, regardless of budget.

Yes, Style by Katie Sema is an inclusive service (when selecting the personal shop service or package). Fashion and personal styling is about personal expression and authenticity, I am here to help you understand what suits your body shape, style categories and goals. This is where focus on what works for you, it is a great opportunity to show you styles that you may not have in your wardrobe and maybe wouldn't reach for on your own.  

At Style by Katie Sema we understand that unplanned circumstances can arise. As a lot of time and planning goes into making your personal style experience individualised and authentic there are some   T's and C's:

- Cancellations made within the 7 days of booking may incur loss of full payment

- Cancellations made outside of 7 days of booking receive a full refund

At times there is opportunity to reschedule an appointment to another day. However, this is subject to availability and appointment type. Please contact to discuss. 

Yes, Style by Katie Sema does offers gift vouchers. Currently only offering in the Newcastle/Hunter Area. Please make contact via email to request a gift voucher  - contact@stylebykatiesema.com.au. All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years.
